Who Are We?
The 0–19 Starting Well Service is made up of trained healthcare staff who have lots of experience helping children and young people. We work in Starting Well Children’s Centres. You may have already met us at school when you had your eyesight, hearing, or weight checked.
What Do We Do?
We help children and young people stay healthy and feel well. Our service is for children and young people who go to school or college, or who live in Cheshire West and Chester. We support you to make good and healthy choices.
What We Offer
- Drop-in sessions at high school or in the community where you can talk to a nurse about anything that is worrying you
- Text support and advice through ChatHealth - www.

We can give support and advice. No problem is too big or too small — we are here to listen and help.
