What is a Drop-in Session?

Drop-in sessions are delivered in high schools and in the community, by a qualified nurse, with specialist experience of working with children and young people.

Drop-in sessions offer confidential advice and support for young people aged between 11-19, in relation to anything that might be worrying them regarding any aspect of their physical and emotional health.

How do I access a Drop-in Session?

If you attend high school you may see a poster promoting your drop-in; alternatively speak to a member of school staff who will be able to advise you when drop-in sessions take place.
Drop-in posters are available to download on this page.
