What is a Drop-in Session?
Drop-in sessions are delivered in high schools and in the community, by a range of NHS Healthcare professionals, with specialist experience of working with children and young people.
Drop-in sessions offer confidential advice and support for young people aged between 11- 19, in relation to anything that might be worrying them regarding any aspect of their physical and emotional health, which may include:
How do I access a drop in session?
If you attend high school you may see a poster promoting your drop-in; alternatively speak to a member of school staff who will be able to advise you when drop-in sessions take place.
