Information packs containing leaflets and booklets are offered to you by your Health Visitor at your first inital visit and during follow up visits. Digital copies of those leaflets and more can be found in this section.

Reading Well helps you to understand and manage your health and well-being using self-help reading. The scheme is endorsed by health professionals and supported by public libraries.
Out Of Hours Advice Line - CYP
The advice line is open to everyone (children, young people, relatives, teachers, other professionals) and allows people to talk to a mental health professional if they are concerned or would like advice about a child or young person’s mental health.
Self Care Pathways
In this section you can download a variety of Self Care Pathways co-designed with young people with lived experience of these medical conditions. These include Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy and Mental Health.
